SBR's Gary Pearson looks at the matchup in his early Seahawks vs Cardinals prediction:

    Seahawks +1.5 (-110)

"The Seahawks thrashed the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, scoring 38 points in the first half to put the game to bed early. That afforded head coach Mike Macdonald the luxury of resting some of his key players with the short week ahead.

After losing a 16-15 dogfight to the San Francisco 49ers, the Cardinals were not so lucky. Running back James Conner will undergo ankle surgery after suffering a severe injury, compounding the lingering personnel concerns in Arizona's depleted cornerback room.

The Seahawks also have their fair share of injuries as cornerback Devon Witherspoon, safety Julian Love, safety Nick Emmanwori and running back Zach Charbonnet didn't play against the Saints.

While we don't know the status of the walking wounded for TNF, I'll take the Seahawks even if the status quo remains.

Seattle had the fifth-best offense via PFF entering Sunday's onslaught of New Orleans, and it hammered the Saints despite the aforementioned absentees. The same cannot be said for the Cardinals back in Week 1, who just about outlasted the Saints in New Orleans, 20-13.

The Cardinals, who had the 16th-ranked offense via PFF before playing the 49ers, struggled mightily in San Francisco. They mustered 265 yards of total offense and didn't score a touchdown until midway through the fourth quarter.

Due to playing two of the league's worst offenses (Carolina and New Orleans), their eighth-best defensive ranking is inflated. I'd suggest jumping on the +1.5 as soon as possible, as I don't think it will last."

Some more support for the road team on Thursday night via the NFL Picks page:

      Seattle +1.5 (-105)

"We're giving Sam Darnold and the Seahawks the early lean here, as the defense has been pretty good through three weeks of the season. Darnold is slowly becoming the quarterback we saw in Minnesota, too." - Dustin Saracini

      Seattle +1.5 (-110)

"The Seahawks open as a 1.5-point dog against the Cardinals after blowing out the Saints a week ago. Seattle feels like one of the most undervalued teams in the league in my view, and I'll gladly take the points on Mike Macdonald's bunch until the market corrects itself." - C Jackson Cowart

SBR's Matt Jacob shares his best player prop bets for Seahawks vs Cardinals:

Sam Darnold Over 219.5 passing yards (-115 via BetMGM)

"Not surprisingly, the Cowboys have the worst pass defense in the NFL — they’re allowing 288 air yards per game, 22 more than Baltimore. Next up? Arizona, which is yielding 264.3 passing yards per contest. That’s not the most disturbing part, though. This is: The Cardinals have faced Spencer Rattler, Bryce Young and Mac Jones, three below-average QBs who respectively threw for 214, 328 and 284 yards.

As you’ll see momentarily, I don’t think the Seahawks will have success running the ball (Arizona’s front seven is stout). Rather, I expect Sam Darnold to carve up the Cardinals’ leaky secondary — the same Darnold who has tallied at least 231 passing yards in 13 of his last 16 outings (playoffs included)."

Kyler Murray Over 27.5 rushing yards (-114 via FanDuel)

"Thus far, the Seahawks’ defense has faced Brock Purdy, Aaron Rodgers and Spencer Rattler — otherwise known as three guys who have never won a 40-yard dash. So I’m not giving Seattle a standing ovation for holding that trio to 30 total rushing yards on eight carries.

Things change on Thursday Night Football, when that same defense has to chase Kyler Murray around the field for 60 minutes. The Cardinals’ QB has hurdled his rushing projection in all three games to start the season, tallying 107 total yards on just 20 carries. What’s more, Murray has hit this prop in five of his last six games dating to last season. He’s also cleared 27 rushing yards in seven of 10 career meetings against the Seahawks."

Kenneth Walker III Under 52.5 rushing yards (-112 via DraftKings)

"Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker trampled what is quickly proving to be an overrated Steelers defense in Week 2, gaining 105 yards on just 13 carries. Otherwise, though, Walker has produced a total of 56 ground yards on 26 carries (a paltry 2.1 yards per rush).

To be fair, Walker has had his way with the Cardinals so far in his career, rushing for 430 yards in five games. However, his output has declined in the last four meetings (109, 105, 78 and 41 yards). Those latter two totals are from 2024, when Arizona ranked 20th in rushing defense (126.4 ypg). So far this year? The Cardinals are fourth against the run (76.3 ypg)."

Looking for TNF anytime touchdown scorer bets? SBR's Esten McLaren has you covered:

Trey Benson, RB, Cardinals (+122 FanDuel)

"Trey Benson, a third-round pick during the 2024 NFL Draft, makes just his second career start after James Conner was lost for the season to injury last week. Benson was among this week's most popular fantasy pickups after tallying 51 yards from scrimmage on 13 touches in the Cardinals' Week 3 loss. He averaged 4.2 yards per carry while catching three of four targets.

The Seahawks hold opposing running backs to 3.16 yards per attempt, but that hasn't stopped teams from rushing 76 times against them through three games. More importantly for us and this anytime touchdown scorer prediction, Seattle has allowed a league-high 234 receiving yards to running backs, with a catch rate of 81.5%."

Trey McBride, TE, Cardinals (+180 DraftKings)

"While the Seahawks are a short road favorite in what betting sites are expecting to be a low-scoring game, I'm doubling down on touchdown scorer predictions for the hosts.

Trey McBride has caught 17 of 24 targets through three games, with 43-plus yards in each outing, and he scored his first touchdown last week. The Seahawks have allowed tight ends to secure 82.8% of their targets for 180 yards and three touchdowns.

Though the betting lines and Gary Pearson's Seahawks vs. Cardinals prediction call for a Seattle win, the Seahawks leading would mean more passes for Arizona and QB Kyler Murray, and the matchup favors the team's top tight end."

Cooper Kupp, WR, Seahawks (+320 DraftKings)

"The Cardinals are holding receivers to a respectable 60.8% catch rate and have allowed just two touchdowns and 494 yards to the position thus far. However, they've given up 826 passing yards and a 62.7% completion rate to QBs. I expect Seahawks signal-caller Sam Darnold to distribute the ball tonight as one of the NFL's most clutch QBs.

Kupp enjoyed his best game of the season on the road in Week 2, when he caught seven of nine targets for 90 yards during a 31-17 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He reeled in two of three targets in each of his other two outings. He's led Seattle receivers in snaps played all three weeks.

Matt Jacob's Seahawks vs. Cardinals player prop bets expect running back Kenneth Walker III to struggle tonight, and that could mean more short passes for Kupp in the red zone."
