Never going to be perfect.
Carolina in the 'North' is a little odd. But I guess so is Kansas City in the 'West' in the current configuration.

ya never will be perfect but the NFC North seems to have it right. Miami in the same division with 2 New York teams doesn't make sense. Neither does Dallas playing in the division with NY, Philly and DC.
