From where I sit eight points is a very generous handicap here.
Yes, the dome can be loud, but I love what the Bucs are doing down there.
Top to bottom the Bucs have a solid core of skill position players, Evans and Godwin are a pair of solid wide outs, White is a versatile RB, and while Otton will not make anybody's All-Pro roster, he does all the things a TE should do, like block for instance.
Baker has been looking good for a while now, both mentally and physically.
Like I mentioned eight points is generous, I'd bet it +6.
