First, the announcers on the game are lost, especially Mark Sanchez.

Why did the Eagles let the Jets score a TD at 1:45 when Philly still had two timeouts? If they stop them on 3 runs, worst case, they are down 15-14, 50 seconds left and they get the ball and only need a FG to win?

Sanchez saying the Jets could have run the game down was also wrong.

Also, why was phily throwing on 3rd and 9? If they ran the ball the jets would get it back around their 20 with about 50 secs left needing to go about 35 yds with no time outs.

And Sanchez fumbling over his words trying to crack that "flushing the goldfish down the toilet..." quip made me cringe like I haven't cringed in years.

You're right, I forgot about that. They used the last timeout on 2nd down. Big mistake. If you have a big QB on the other team, I have no issue with a pass try to end the game. But in that spot, with Wilson?
