Haha-ha. Mush, I rarely gush about a player. Sometimes, you see a player's value via his Displacement.

In 2022 Illinois had one of the best statistical Pass Defenses I've seen. Witherspoon and two other DBs made Illinois relevant. The Illini SHOULD HAVE won at Michigan, if not for some ref calls.

Fast-forward one year. Illinois is really bad in 2023, largely b/c of the departure of the DBs. Really think the Seahawks got a gem in this kid, as he can cover AND hit.
