    Week 13 plays and discussion
2-2 last week. Brings the record to 38-35-3.

BAL +3 CIN - I don't know if a whole lot has to be said here. Baltimore is playing great defense, scoring points, and has really put it together. Seems like they are now used to their QB, and will be a solid contender. Cinci is simply too sporadic in their performances. I think Baltimore plus a FG is a good bet. I may take a half unit on the money line, and half on the spread.

Jac +1 Mia - I bet Miami last week, and they sure look good. However, Jax is coming of a crappy (coaching) performance, and Miami is coming off a win. I think that Miami may be a little rusty after a longer layoff, and a hyped up Thanksgiving game. Jax definitely has the talent to pull this off.

SF +7.5 NO - I know NO has played well, but their defeat of the Falcons was not as great as it seemed. The Falcons receivers dropped a lot of balls, and acted like they were allergic to pigskin. NO defense is not playing as well as they were earlier this year. SF, on the other hand has been playing well of late. They are steadily showing improvement, and are even starting to play tough on the road. I think a TD is too many points to give here.

Hou +3 Oak - I know Houston is not a great team by any stretch of the imagination. But Oakland giving a FG??? This game really should be a pk. I can't see Oakland being favored here. While Oakland has been playing better, the Texans' defense has been slowly getting better as well. I think Houston Pulls one out here.

Well, weird week 12, but hopefully a recovery in week 13. Good luck folks.

Don't really like being on the other side of Dan. I have noticed it does not bode well for me. But hey, Dan's got to lose a game sometime, right? right? anyone? Bueller?

          O.K. Week 13

N.E -13.5 They haven't been playing well at home this season and they tried their best to lose last sunday to the Bears, but now they're playing the Lions the worst franchise in football. I think they stop turning the ball over and start gearing up for a playoff run.

NYJ/GB Ovr 42.5Green Bay's defense really does suck and New York thinks it can make the playoffs.

Mia -1I think Jacksonville will put up the good fight, but Miami will find a way to win this game.

Tam/Pit Ovr 41This is a system trend play that shows us that the last 11 games at Pit have all gone over the total. Having said that I don't believe that this game will get to 41 points but eleven times in a row is hard to go against.

While I'd lean to Cincy, I was hoping to find a better number, so I'm just going to pass that game. I like your other plays - actually the only sides I am taking are on other games, but I lean the same way as you on those three - but I hate betting on teams that are missing their starting center (Hou), as it is one of the most important positions on the field.
            Best of luck.
