Rotations For Week 3 of the NFLX Preseason

heres the rotations for week 3 of the NFLx preseason games

Arizona:
the starters will play into the third quarter friday in chicago according to green, and rookie quarterback matt leinart likely will again follow kurt warner.

Chicago:
the starters are expected to play three quarters Friday.

Detroit:the starters will play at least the first half.

Oakland:
raiders starters will probably play at least a half, possibly longer.

Eagles:
reid said his starters would play into the second
half tonight.

Steelers:
starters will get much more work friday in philly than the three series most of them played saturday against the vikings. we normally go into the third quarter (in the third preseason game) but we'll see how the first half goes. The line got the whole first half the other day.

Ravens:
ogden will make his preseason debut and is expected to be on the field for 12 to 15 plays. the rest of the starters will play the entire first half.



vikings' first team likely to play half or more vs. Ravens. that's the general script the vikings will follow tonight when the ravens visit the minny, with rookie tarvaris jackson expected to be the first quarterback off the bench for the second consecutive game and struggling veteran mike mcMahon going third.

Giants:
eli manning will start at quarterback vs. the jets and play into the third quarter. jared lorenzen will take over, followed by hasselbeck.

Jets:
mangini has acknowledged nothing in public, the starting quarterback is chad pennington, who's expected to get a good amount of work tonight - perhaps a full first and the start of the third quarter.

here's a few rotations for Saturday's action

Falcons:
Vick set to play at least the first half, the battle for the No. 3 quarterback position likely will go down to the final exhibition game. Mora was not sure if Bryan Randall and D.J. Shockley will split the fourth quarter against Tennessee. Mora also said he'll use starters for at least a half in Saturday's exhibition at Tennessee.

Tennessee:
fisher said he plans for most the starters, including quarterback billy Volek, to play well into the second quarter against the Falcons. Young is expected to enter Saturday night's preseason game against the Falcons in the second quarter and play at least through the third quarter.

Colts:
Colts will lean on their starters into the third quarter when they meet the New Orleans Saints on Saturday night in Jackson, Miss. "Everyone knows we want to be sharp and play a good two-plus quarters, "Dungy said. that should really should tell us a lot about where we are.

Saints:
Sean Payton said Thursday that Brees, who worked a little more than one quarter in the preseason opener and the first half of Monday night's game with the Dallas Cowboys, will work well into the third quarter against the Colts. Jamie Martin will likely play the rest of the game.

Chargers:
Coach Schottenheimer said the first string would play the
first half plus one or two series in the third quarter. Schottenheimer also said backup quarterbacks Charlie Whitehurst and A.J. Feeley will take over for starter Philip Rivers,
but he did not specify who would play first.

Jags:

The starters will play at least a half in Saturday game against Tampa Bay

49ers:
Nolan said the first team will play the first half and start the third quarter against Dallas.

Dallas:
because of injuries at receiver and a short
week following Monday's game, tonight won't be the regular dress rehearsal for the season. Drew Bledsoe will get the start against the 49ers, but who knows exactly how long he will play with the Romo battle.

the first team offense expects to play at least the
entire first half against the Patriots. It likely will be its last significant preseason opportunity.

Bills:

Losman and the first-string offense and defense are
expected to play at least half the game, and then Craig Nall will make his bid to win the
No. 2 quarterback job as he gets the second half of action. Kelly Holcomb is not expected
to play. "The starters will play through the first half, maybe not all of them, but most of them, and some will probably come out and start the second half, said Jauron. We don't plan on playing them real deep, so there should be plenty of time to see a number of people in the second half.


Browns:

Charlie Frye will play the first half and part of the third quarter, and depending on the situation, Anderson could follow him. "Depending on how the game goes and how long Charlie is in there might determine who the next guy is to get in," Crennel said. I would still like to see both (backups).

Linehan didn't say, but look for the starters to play the entire first half, perhaps even a series into the third quarter. Linehan and his staff spent more time game-planning this week for the Chiefs


KC:
Starters are expected to play into the second half.

Houston players are expect to play three quarters. and it could be more depending on how the game goes.


Denver:
Bronco's starters likely will play the first half and the first series of the third quarter before giving way.

McCarthy intends to play the starters well into the third quarter against Cincinnati.

Cincy:
cincy will play their string for at least an entire half and with QB Carson Palmer expected to start the Bengals will play their top players as long as possible.
