Don't listen to or follow anyone on here, and you should be fine.

That means you can't listen to this post either.

    New to SBR

    Hey guys,

New to the site, although I have visited to check sportsbook reviews in the past.

I have won upwards of $2k last year playing sports (from starting balance of circa $200) - this year I am down probably $1k from casino losses. So I have moved book and perma blocked casino. Here's hoping for more wins.

Albeit I am small limit gambler with no sense of money management, as foretold by my 1000% win and my big loss this year. I am hoping to become a sensible "sports investor" and to hit the region of 55%-60% which I have read is a nice figure. I believe I can do this no problem (who doesn't? lol) but my test comes when I fancy that one game and bet 50% bankroll on it! It has worked in my favor in the past so I know it will come back round to bite me right in the ass.

Can you provide any tips on good money management? (needed IRL too, lol!). But seriously, as I said, I am a small time gambler, probably looking to "invest" approx. $500 in the coming weeks, maybe up to $1k come football season. I am lucky in the fact I am from Europe (but follow NFL, NBA, MLB & NCAA) and can use Pinnacle Sportsbook, although I have read recently their lines for favorites aren't great but have great lines for dogs?

Hope to speak to you all soon & GL SBR members.
