Rating again say we're March Mad. College basketball is still the king in Louisville. The National ratings are in for the 2008 tournament , and for the ninth year in a row, WLKY-32, the local CBS affiliate has led the nation for March Madness.
In the 56 major and medium markets where Nielsen produces overnight ratings, WLKY-32 averaged a 21.0 rating and a 36 share for ALL tournament games, up 15% from last year. For Monday's final alone, Louisville ranked third (27.0/42) behind Memphis (50.4/64) and Kansas City (33.7/47).
