NCAA / NBA Teaser? Should I Do It?

I've got a delima here. I have a 6 team nba/ncaa teaser that I like but i'm not extremely confident on it. I usually just bet teasers and ML parlays that I'm confident with and increase my bankroll nice and slow. Should I gamble and put in this teaser?

Pheonix Suns -2
Detroid Pistons -3.5
Portland Trailblazers -2
Xavier +10
UNC -2
KU -5

I feel extremely confident with the NBA picks not completely sold on the NCAA picks (Xavier and UNC still scare me). However this does pay out 700 for every 100 bet. Great value for something I think has a pretty good chance to hit. What do you think?

looks good to me. i dont play many teasers, but each pick looks solid imo.

6 teams are too much in my opinion,
even if the picks lock solid , there'll be almost always one play which doesn't hit.
I would try to reduce the teaser to a 3 or 4 team teaser and choose the teams your most confident about ,
I really like xavier, unc and phoenix,
i'm not feeling good about detroit, don't have anyhting to play for and always had a hard time against the cavs
