The first week of March was very rough on me with the NCAA so I just stopped wagering on it and focused on the NBA. Best of luck to you for the rest of the month.

i appreciate that diogee...but i'm officially retired from wagering until college fball bruh...i don't know nothin about baseball and unlike many who bet on sports they have absolutely no knowledge of..i know betta than to piss my dough away

That is probably a good call...I can't wait for football season either. I am new to handicapping as well and don't have a ton of knowledge of baseball so I am going to play with extremely small amounts to try learning. Best of luck to you until football season.

You should really get tied-in with baseball! It is the best sport, in my opinion, for making SERIOUS --and I deliberately use that word -- money. I find baseball to be the easiest to handicap. Basically, once you nail your formulas the stats will take care of the rest and you'll find the pitchers and hitters who are most consistent and easiest to predict. I also have a few general theorems that almost always hold true: 1. There is always value in any team playing the Yankees 2. Once you know who the real stinkers are, you can fade them vs great teams in ML parlays as "locks". Baseball funded my football season, and then both helped me get through a CBB season, a sport I am still learning.

The great think about Baseball is that the season is so long and there is such a great menu of games every day! You can always find a valuable ML in there somewhere. I remember last year taking the Devil Rays --and God knows they sucked -- but there was value in them whenever Kazmir or Shields was on the mound. Especially aginst the Red Sox! I had three huge ML winners last year because the general public, no matter who the pitcher was, would never take the Devil Rays but I would.

sorry to hear about this.. usually cocksukkers on here and other place like to brag and toot their own horn about how great they are. its a breath of fresh air to see honesty.

luck is defintely part of the game and why we all need to utilize money mgmt. Ask anyone who had UCONN ML on Friday or Drake too.. Hang in there bud, luck will turn around.

Its up its down....just remember to use money management and not get get caught up in chasing and over the long run you will be OK.
I delibaretly leave myself a unit or 2 everyday extra room if I feel like chasing I don't go big.
And as alot of people said, bases is coming and there is some sweet money to be made there.
Just keep your chin up.

you couldn't be more right man!! Luck is definitely the name of the game...the key is hoping ur on lucks side more often than not....

and the crazy thing is that i normally bet moneylines and i only bet spreads on the second halfs after i get a feel for how the game is goin...i thought that was a safe way to wager and normally it works for me but it just went to hell these past 2 weeks

Dont chase brah.
Rule #1 for long term money management: Divide your roll into units and only play around 5% a day. I play about 8% a day sometimes up to 10% and no more but my roll is....pitifully small.
Leave yourself a unit or two when your on a cold streak and that will put a salve on things if you start chasing.

good lookin out OG.....for the most part what u told me is common sense but i think when u lose a huge amount its the worst feeling in your gut and you feel like the only way to get rid of that feeling is have a quick fix...and that fix is to chase until u get ur money back...i guess i got a lot to learn bruh....lol
