Notes for next season. -WILL BE BUMPED NEXT SEASON-
    • Start off slow to get a feel for the teams.
    • Pay close attention to teams who struggle on road and excel @ home
    • Look out for under the radar teams
    • Increase unit size as season progresses.
    • Start betting the most between Mid Jan and Late Feb
    • Watch out during conference tournaments, games decided by 1-2 points lots of upsets.

Notes for next season. Please feel free to add anything you've learned from this season. This will help us to be better prepared and to be better sports investors.

Good list IMGV...I agree 100% with the mid Jan and late Feb...that was an awesome stretch.
Definitely going more big dogs next year for the conference tourneys.

Yeah I'm thinking about betting mostly dogs as well in the conference tourneys.. Lets remember this thread bro.

I'm usually pretty good at remembering things.

I don't usually start betting any league until about 3 to 4 weeks in. I like to see how the teams/players stack up.

          • Look out for under the radar teams
I like to play the mid-major conferences and the Ivy league. You can get some good value on some of those games. Most people over look them.

          • Watch out during conference tournaments, games decided by 1-2 points lots of upsets.
This one should really be no surprise. Teams, even the lower quality ones, come out and gun for the conference championship. It is their last shot at the big dance, and some teams make the run or come close.

Good notes IMG, everyone should take a few of those and work on it.

Biggest lesson I learned this year was that when a key player goes down for a team and the line jumps, take the injury plagued dog team with the points. Teams seem to get up when their key player gets hurt.
