If Dayton wins this game they are in the tournament.

They have played better as of late and Chris Wright might play.

They struggled today because of St. Louis' pace is really hard to adapt too.

I don't see why this game won't go down to the wire.

I know Xavier is really talented, but Dayton has WAYY more to play for. I think I'm going to take Dayton myself. Anybody else?

I'm leaning slightly to Dayton + (probably won't play it), but here's the problem with this game - yes, Wright might see limited action, but he's said himself he's far from 100%, and even if he gets on the court he's likely to play sparingly and be of little help. With a healthy Wright, Dayton's clearly the 2nd best team in the league (although still not in X's class), but it would probably be wise to assume he doesn't play. Anything he provides is a bonus IMO. Also, Dayton has absolutely no answer for Duncan and Brown inside. On the other end, Stanley Burrell's the best perimeter defender in the conference, if not the country. He's completely taken Brian Roberts out of both prior meetings this season (combined 6/19 from the field), and without Roberts' offense, Dayton has a good chance of getting blown out.

I think the under might be the best way to play this game.

Yes. Xavier is PISSED that they didn't have anyone on the All-Conference first team. Pissed. I agree that 9 points is a lot for a game like this. But Dayton is going to have a HARD time getting an outright win. Still, -550 is an enormous line.
