"Friday" ML Parlay & Discussion thread. Analysis,Leans & Picks. Best thread on SBR..
Don't usually wager on Friday's because I use that day to prepare for Saturday.. But there are some non-ivy games going so maybe something will look good..

Post whatever is on your mind in this thread, we're not limited to ML Parlay discussion. ML Parlay discussion is prominent but anything CBB is cool.

    Thanks and Kill them Friday

Game is at PK now brother.. Game will probably go down to the wire, Ill root for u tho.

      Here's what I'm leaning on:

      Brown ML

      In conference:
      Brown 9-3
      Harvard 3-9

Brown vs team with losing record: 12-1
Harvard vs team with winning record: 2-8

      Feb 9th
      Harvard 51
      Brown 71

Brown has won 9 out of their last 10 games
Harvard has lost 11 out of 13 games

      DEF FG%
      Brown 43.4
      Harvard 46.7

I'll take Brown tomorrow I think.

I had a question for the tournament games. Home court record really doesnt matter right since its being played at a neutral site

          Yes Mr.Fresh you are right.

It is worth looking at "WHAT CITY" they are playing at.

For example with tonight, Missouri St is playing in St Louis Missouri. Evansville is having travel from Indiana to Missouri for this one.. Missouri St has an advantage obviously.

I like Bradley quite a bit tomorrow. Think they have a great shot of winning the MVC tourney.

harvard has that little asian youngbull at point guard though so they got it locked upppp - na, brown looks like a good play for a parlay - lets try and scrounge up a scrappy little ML parlay or two outta this weak card tomorrow!

As far as Money Line favorites go, I haven't seen an ML yet but I think that AUSTIN PEAY wins handily.

Cornell 20-5 overall, 9-0 as favorite, 15-1 against teams with losing record, 12-0 conference, 8-4 road.

Penn 11-16 overall, 2-13 as underdog, 0-9 against teams with winning record, 6-5 conference, 7-5 home.

Might go with Cornell as well.

I wouldn't bet any Ivy League favorite tomorrow, including Cornell, as this is their first game since wrapping up an NCAA bid. They are already looking ahead to North Carolina.

Very misleading stat, especially considering Penn played UNC, Virginia, 'Nova, La Salle, St. Joe's and Temple on their non-conference slate. It's the Ivy League - you'll seldom see a team from the Ivy with a solid record against opponents with winning records. Also, Cornell's already wrapped up the Ivy title and the automatic bid to the NCAA tourney (good chance they rest their starters). Not to mention Penn hung around at Cornell earlier in the year without Tyler Bernardini (Penn's best player) in the lineup. Penn may be 7-5 at home as you mentioned, but they're 4-1 at home in conference play, with the lone home loss coming to Brown in Bernardini's first game back from a concussion that kept him out for 3 games.

I was actually considering a play on Penn tomorrow. Cornell has nothing to play for. Do you have any insight as to whether they have any plans for limited playing time? I would imagine all of the starters would play a significant amount since the tourney is still a couple of weeks away yet...

I live in Philly and I saw Penn play at the Palestra recently and I'm not so sure that Cornell wins this one. On paper it looks locked up but I might stay away from that game - kind of like Austin Peay though
