Just noting a play that I have come across. Eastern Carolina +1.5 @ Rice. Rice is just 3-24 straight up, and lost to E. Carolina by 20 in the last meeting. Rice's best player Paulius Packevicius has been sidelined with a knee injury with the only current update I am aware of is that he did not play the last game against UCF. The last time Rice won a game was December 29th 2007! And here they are favored against an injury-free, East Carolina team who also just beat Houston 84-83. Although neither team has anything to play for, I can't imagine Rice coming away with a Victory tonight.
