I was just wondering whether having a one year player like Michael Beasley, Kevin Durant, or Greg Oden is really helpful in the long term.. Is this really a good way to build a team if you want to have long term sucess. Im not arguing one way or another I just seem to think it could hurt a teams solidarity...Look at the sucess Florida had with several players sticking together for 3 years...
