Please learn to consider when using Cash or Credit there is no such thing as a LOCK(a lock is only in the eyes of the beholder). When money is to switch hands It's Just a simple fact. There will be no LOCK. Im not being a smart ass here, but what you see to be a LOCK will never happen.
