Im just flat betting for this NCAABB season, so its just a one unit play for me. Just like any other bet.

I know this sounds really dumb but what do you mean flat betting?

Its not dumb. Im betting the same amount on every play. No play is more valuable then the other.

Yeah that is what I started with in early January doing that and then lost a bunch real quick so toned it down to $20-40 which its good and bad as then went on a hot streak and won alot and you just think wow could have won more but my thinking is better to win everyday small and build up then lose it all as it can go either way so not going to be greedy.

I strongly recommend risking no more than 5% of your bankroll on any one game. Money Management is just as important as picking winners.
Chasing is a cardinal sin, you want to bet about the same amount on every game. If you don't you will start betting more on games you don't have a major edge with.

Yeah I completely agree IMGV. I learned my lesson in January I was up huge and started doubling going up to $50 or 100 and some games loading up 2 strong and it brought me down to reality. So have been building it up with lower amounts and every win is a win that keeps on building so happy with that. Goodluck in your plays your a solid capper so lets cash in!

I bet 5% of my roll (which is high, but my roll is small right now so its good for me) on every play I make.

I havent done the percentages yet but I really should. I cashed out 2X my deposit and then put in again for my original deposit so going with that method for now getting it at least double and then being smart about it for now.

need to build up that bank before sb! but i usually only bet 30 bucks a day 25 on a ML and 5 on a parlay unless its wednesday or saturday when you can bank on all the games available. id rather win slow and steady than fast and risky...
