    Oklahoma @ Texas Tech 4:00p
    Oklahoma +2.5/ML

Lets talk about this matchup. Pat Knight is coming off his first career win against a very good Kansas St. squad. The kid Voskul was on fire scoring around 30 points. I think the sooners get this win. Im not playing it as of yet, but Im defintely leaning on it rigiht now. I don't see the Red Raiders winning back to back conference games against these caliber teams.

    Thoughts?

OU lost me a lot of $$$ @ Colorado last weekend, so I have zero confidence in there ability to win on the road. I'm taking Tech.

hard to bet against a team 11-1 at home with their only loss to a good Stanford team by a point. I too lost a bunch on OU-Colorado, but I would take OU again here. Stanford plays big guys so does OU.

Tech's 11-0 at home. The Stanford game was played at the American Airlines Center (the Mavs' home court), so it wasn't a true home game.

I like Tech here. OU desperately misses Longar and they're going to struggle to beat anyone on the road in conference play. It's basically a one-man show on offense for the Sooners, and there's so much pressure on Blake Griffin to score. I think the Colorado game was an indication of what this team will look like the remainder of the season in Longar's absence.

i know more bout the west coast teams so im out of my league here but in the boxscore it says Longar played the last game of course that could be a mistake...but if he is playing who on Tech would guard Griffin or Longar? dont they play mostly guards? again i dont follow the big 12 that closely so i could be wrong here.

Good to see RJ's thoughts on this. Nearly played Tech then got spooked but still looking into it. Tech solid at home and picked up a ton of confidence by getting that first win under Pat. Makes it much easier for him going forward.

Wow. I'm shocked. This was not a game I looked too closely at, as I had little intention of playing it, but you're correct - Longar did play in the ISU game. I knew he had missed the UT and COL games, and was lead to believe from everything I read that he was likely out the remainder of the season, but certainly more than 2 games. I'd have to imagine his leg injury would limit him tomorrow, but his mere presence in the paint is a major coup for OU because, as you mentioned, Tech lacks size up front.
