I think the refs in college have been horrible of late and am actually starting to prefer the NBA refs.
The college refs call a foul anytime there is contact, period. Defenders are never set on charge calls, and sit under the basket and slide in while people are in the air giving them no room to land. They are also trigger happy on the whistle at the worst times, look at gtown-villanova the other night. They call so many fouls there is no flow to most games.
I used to hate the nba and watch only college and now I am like maybe 60-40 college but am watching more and more nba for the flow of the game.Comment -

Yes definately....I am so angered by the home refs the last few days.. These guys should be trained not to give in to the home crowd and make obvious stupid calls...Nova game the other night followed by women's Rutgers game each had a major mistake that cost both teams the game...Then last night (though I won nicely on Purdue) featured one of the worst and most one sided called games I have ever seen!!! I think MSU wins that game if not for 5 bad calls and 5 no calls...And tonite's Kansas state game...Granted they got ran on, but the foul calling was ridiculously one sided.... I am starting to trust the NCAA as little as I do the NBA now...
