curious i came up with the same picks using your pythag method last nite, today when i loaded up the latest kenpom file into my spreadsheet it also gave Princeton as a pick, but it didn't last night with his old file. not picking Princeton out of preference or because it didn't meet the cut in your spreadsheet?

also, everywhere i look i don't see that illinois-chicago game either and i looked at the school schedule and apparently it says they aren't playing til friday even. weird...

The pointspread.com data isn't always accurate. You have to be careful with their data. a lot of times they list one team as XXX State instead of XXX. Or, they do the opposite, they list a team as XXX instead of XXX St. Imagine thinking you are betting against South Carolina State and you are actually betting against South Carolina. That happened to me before.

I don't like the Princeton play even with an edge of 5. When two lousy teams play each other I only take the dog if the spread is medium size to large. 2 points is not enough for Princeton on the road.

The people who were harrassing me before are leaving me alone. I think SBR told them to stay away from me or get kicked off SBR.

Ganch told me to focus on handicapping and ignore the nonsense. So, I have been trying to do that.

Plus, a 70% win ratio stretching over one month seems to have a calming influence.

Fair enough. Usually we buy off the 3 and 7 in Football for good reason. Personally I don't buy points in BB. Other than that, I like your handicapping of late. Keep up the good work and best of luck.

Its been that way for three days. The free money plays that lose lose by at least 20 points. And the free money plays that win squeak out an ATS end in the final seconds.

Did you see the NBA Minnesota game? Other team had the ball with 7 seconds left and Minnesota down by 7 (I took Minn at +6 1/2). The New Jersey player was just moseying down the court and a Minn player stole the ball and shot a 3 pointer as the clock ran out. LOL

These huge "wrong" 2nd half lines are almost always traps. I would lean toward the OVER, but I don't like to bet totals.

not too bad...4-2 with the 2 losses just barely losing by 20 or 30 points.
