ML Parlay thread for Thursday January 31st

the thing is about minnesota is it makes more sense to just by the hook and make it -1 at -120 and just play it str8, dont you think?

wow yeah... detroit lost 13 in a row so hard to see how they can have revenge on their mind for the tough home loss, if so they are gunning for revenge against the whole great lakes area....

Wisc Mil looks like a solid play, but often in college basketball, and inexplicably those tend to be the ones that kill you and tank a whole parlay that had all winners in it

...seems like good value too in these types of parlays at only -180

wisc mil won 9 of last ten, only lose was at ranked butler..... although i would love to know why they lost 7 out of 8 just before that stretch, talk about unpredictible... lose 7 of 8 and then win 9 of 10

wisconsin, marquette, and drake are in those loses...and two others are conference games...the other 2 losses are against above .500 teams too...i think sam houston st is 16-something and northern iowa is like 13-8

stay away from this game...Detroit has lost their last 6 games by 10 or less...13 in a row overall...Wisc mil has won 9 of 10 and only a 4 pt spread?? I'd stay away...

it did look too good to be true...theyve lost to some quality teams but losing streaks are bound to end i.e. the sonics

South Alabama -2 at N Texas....I've been following S Alabama and have cashed a few plays on them...N Texas has lost 3 straight games and were favored in all of them....
S Alabama 17-3....13 wins in a row...5-3 on the road..
3 losses were Old Miss (16-3) Vandy (17-4) and Ohio (9-10)

N Texas 12-7 ....9-2 at home...14 of 19 games N Texas has had more turnovers than their opponents...with the 3 straight favored losses they have given up over 50% shooting in all of them...last two vs Fla Atlantic (8-14) Midd Tenn St (8-11)

3 game skid for Minn....

Tubby is too good a coach to lose a fourth str8 to the likes of Michigan, Minn is starting to slip in Big Ten standings.... he is gonna want the conference win against one of its easiest foes

ha ha yeah...i think ill just put wisc mil on a $5 8 team parlay minus the points...im really liking minnesota with how low the ML is and how god awful michigan is...i havent been impressed with michigan at all in the games ive seen...and minnesota has been playing pretty good besides that loss at OSU...westside will find something to make me sway away from minn if its truly a bad ML

I am starting to ponder the same question you first asked though quebb.... why is the Minn line so low, i hate to use the cliche term, but it almost looks likea trap game

Mich is at home, and it is a bitter big ten rivalry, but Minn should still be favored in this one by at least 4 or 5

yeah i wrote down s alabama too because they seem to play well against n texas. they are 3-0 on the road and have one 3 of the last 4 @ n texas...

Looking ahead to Wisc game at home this weekend?? but how can you be looking ahead when you lost three in a row, i think that would focus you on the task at hand.... taking down a crappy michigan team

ok, starting to see why the line is so low...

the statistics for a strange reason really dont give a decisive edge to either team.... about even in rebounding, turnovers and free throw shooting (to me the three biggest stats that matter)

actually Mich turns the ball over a little less than Minn and shoots better from the stripe

Notre Dame looks solid.... if it wasnt for PC's big upset at UConn, it would be a no brainer as outside of that one win they suck on the road

NDame won 10 str8 at home and only two losses at home were by 1 point and 4 pts (to a tough baylor team), I am feeling really confident with ND -400 in one of these....
