Memphis at Rice - Wednesday

Alright so just curious what everybody thinks of this game. The spread is at -26 now I am thinking about taking Memphis.

Memphis is 6-0 ATS and that had some big covers and this Rice team looks horrible. I actually heard John Calipari interveiw today on Rome is Burning and I think he is going to take care of business tomorrow with ease. By the way, his new book coming out soon seems really good but that is another topic.

What does everybody think of this game?

28 or under looks good to me ....they'll out score them by 30 or more...

Rice -17 margin at home
Memphis is around +16.6 on the road

Factor in the teams Rice has played are no where near Memphis, and still losing by 17 on average, I like Memphis by 35+

Yeah I have them at 28 so going to bet them up they just amazing from what I have seen so far this year.

I just cannot take a team that is 6-0 ATS and shoots freethrows like I am throwing darts. I be scared to take Memphis -26 because it is too many points. Than we got to consider garbage points at the end of the game and Memphis poor free throw shooting. I think taking MEmphis -13.5 at the half is a better bet. If we do consider taking Memphis -26 for the whole game, than we need be up by at least 15 points at the half.

Yeah that is only thing that worries me is the FT's, but honestly dont think that is going to matter because I think they are going to blow them out and then there is really no point in fouling Memphis if your down by 25....
