Clemson/North Carolina Thoughts wanted

Ok guys... I'm considering taking [iSBRFORUM]Clemson[/iSBRFORUM] +5.5 tonight, and I wanted to get everyones opinion on this game if I could please.

i took UNC ML -210. they are much more talented and i think they want to make a statement early in the conference season

Clemson makes to much out of the game and to NC it is just another game. Too much pressure on the Tigers IMO.

Played the Heels at -4 last night. Clemson was 17-1 last season before UNC came in and drilled them by 22, pretty much the beginning of their slide that led to the NIT. I think they're in for a similar fall this season. They're still a poorly-coached team that lacks size and takes terrible shots, and I think UNC wins by double figures. I'm not a fan of laying points on the road in conference play, and I definitely wasn't planning on playing UNC much this season, but Clemson's not a legit top-25 team.

North Carolina has burned me all season long, so I am staying far far away from this game.

NC is my biggest play of the day today. I am looking for a double digit victory by NC. I would much rather lay money down on the #1 team with a single digit spread than take a chance on Clemson pulling off a spread win. Good luck all.

Counting on NC today. I have them for the 1st half, the game and they can complete a nice 3 team 4pt teaser that i've got 2/3 completed (thanks to Penn St. and C. Mich).

Danny boy I am with you on this one. I really like clemson here, but can you really bet against NC this year? This will be a march madness type atmosphere so its really hard to cap imo.

Tar Heels win going away in the 2nd half I believe. Clemson might be good, but they haven't seen anything like they'll see tonight vs. UNC. Tar Heels get everyone's best every night. I won't be taking a side, but I think UNC would be the one to back if you did.

Clemson is one of the most athletic teams i've seen this season. But 2night they go up against a team that can match them in that department. Clemson usually shoots poorly from the outside. They have one shooter basically (ogelsby) he can hit from 5-10 feet behind the 3 point line. Mostly when clemson plays well they use dribble penetration to break down their men.

If unc can stop the dribble penetration they should be fine and cover. I'm on unc, so we'll see what happens

I have UNC -5, they covered for me this season games I wagered on them, even though Clemson is at home, I like the spread.

Watching the game now, 2nd half so far very uptempo running up and down they need to slow it down and cut this lead down and take control

I had three wagers on this play. u 79 1st half = push; just missed . . . ml tigers; just missed and clemson + pts. I'm just glad the last of the three was for 4 units and the first two were for a unit each, but I came that close to cleaning up!

Yeah, unc got dominated. I should have been bowling green with unc in a parlay to make it an ever better night
