Went to 2-0 on monday college hoops with South Florida and Davidson. If you take a look at the opponents of Bowling Green and Colorado, you will see that both are inexperienced teams that lost starters to graduation. Bowling Green lost to Furman last year and this is an ideal for a revenge game. Furman lost 4 senior starters from a 500 team and is struggling to find a win. Just wont happen tommorrow. Colorado beat this same Denver squad 78-64 last season. Colorado really did not lose anyone while Denver did lose a few players. Denver did cover its last home game, when it was a 11 point underdog, to a weak Wyoming team. Denver won that game against Wyoming. Colorado is better team than last season and the results should be similar.

I was looking at yahoo sports lines but they are inaccurate. My book, SBG Global, has not come out with a line yet. I think you are right Ballin. I like Colorado even more especially at -3.

I like the Colorado pick.

I just did some reading about that team. The new coach seems upbeat, and hellbent on getting Colorado on the right track. I get a sense that he sicerely sees this team improving this season. Very good vibes there.

Colorado's two losses are to decent teams -- New Mexico and Wisconsin, neither of which has a loss. No shame there.

If Colorado is serious about turning over a new basketball leaf, they cannot lose at DU. I think Colorado will win this game convincingly. I'll see what the line looks like in the morning. [Update: got Colorado at -3.5]
