St.Mary's upsets No.11 Oregon

This game went final about 30 minutes ago, and St. Mary's pulls the upset, beating No.11 Oregon 99-87. The Gaels are now 4-0 and that is the first time since the 93-94 season when they won their first 5 games.

A lot of people were on St Mary's... I thought getting 2 or 3 points wasnt enough, had I played it would have been the ML... stayed away because I didnt think they had enough to beat the Ducks

When you look at the box score it is odd, both made the same amount of shots, attempted the same amount of shots, made the same amount of 3's, attempted the same amount of 3's, but the 12 more FTs St. Mary's made was the difference

How often do you see a team shoot the same amount of shots, make the same, and do it from 3 aswell? Not sure I've ever seen it

oregon has such bad luck this year. their football qb got injured and their bb lost to st. mary. this is not their year.

And they're probably the second best team in the WCC. Gonzaga and St. Mary's might be set up for some good games -- won't be until February/March, however.
