Louisville starting center David Padgett will likely miss the remainder of the season with a knee injury, even though some sources are only saying 3 months.

The story I read had Pitino saying Padgett has a bright future, "and not just in basketball." That tells me all I need to know. This changes Louisville's prospects. Not as deep now underneath.

Sad story, that. Injuries screwed up a promising career.
