Either I'm missing something or this is a great bet. Both teams return their key players, but neither team was any good last year. SEMO's terrible performance vs. Xavier in their opener gives them a ton of value here. This is Ill St.'s first game vs. a D1 team, and the schools are only about 2 hours apart so some SEMO fans may show up. I just think 17 points is way too many points for two so-so teams.
