They already are without Brandon Rush right now, and now Collins in out to boot. Ya, I say they are in some major trouble right about now.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas sophomore guard Sherron Collins, the fourth-ranked Jayhawks' leading scorer in their first two games, will be out at least six weeks after undergoing surgery Monday to repair a stress fracture in his left foot.

Better now than in Big 12 play. They've still got a pretty good team, but yeah they might not have as good a record as others heading into conference play.
