This is an important factor to look at of course. But fatigue affects different teams differently. One compunding factor can be nagging injuries or the number of players in the regular rotation. Some teams do just go on tears and runs in these tourneys where they do win multiple games in a row, so try to differentiate between teams that are playing a meaningfully inspired brand of ball, as opposed to teams that have just won a game or two.

It's a good question. I'm wondering if, between two tired teams, the dogs will show up stronger in 1H, and favorites will take care of business in 2H.

Mississippi State had no legs today. It seems their one win against Kentucky had the effect of three games.
