The total line opened at 133 points, then jumped to 135.5, and now 139 points.

I actually have both teams going over 70 points, respectively. So the OVER at 139 is still a good play, IMHO.

Wisconsin is arguably the better team but when a ranked team isn't even favored against an unranked team, you have to be cognizant of that when capping a side play.
