OK, we'll see. You've seen App St play, you haven't seen Norfolk St play. Books know that. I'll also clarify a mistake in the title that they're not the only HBCU in the tourney as Texas Southern also is, but again no one cares about that game. Norfolk St has visibility already with their Kyle O'Quinn upset over Mizzou.

I care I have Tx Southern

and the sparts are tough hence only a small play on App St. My larger plays are the REAL spartans and SMU

Not all about ratings, more about narrative. You see the whole NBA All Star Game was about HBCUs. There was an irrelevant headline about HBCUs on ESPN yesterday. That's the angle.
