If you watched NW play the last month you would never bet them. And Rutgers had just beat Smarty by 30.
Some teams have already given up on the season- NW, Washington, Kansas State. Great fade opportunities.

Watched NW too. Thought they turned the corner after playing Penn State close but guess not. Good luck today
