Creighton's big win at N. Iowa should have brought the number down. It's like nobody noticed. Wichita lost hosting N. Iowa. Wichita did beat Bradley handily in the Kansas roundhouse, but Creighton beat Missouri State.

Nate Funk is hot and the team knows now from experience that it's uncool to sit back on leads. Also they had a plan to use zone for just four minutes to open the game and then re-assess versus N. Iowa. Then, because it was working, they kept with it. That shows versatility. Also I think they've shown character and confidence in better-step-up situations.

I think the simple take sometimes is that it's early in conference play so a 5-1 conf team on the road versus a 2-4 conference team at home means the team that's got the worse conference win-loss record is out to get back in the field. But that knee-jerk thinking disregards the notion that Creighton is simply hot and is focused on making road amends. I like the points here. Creighton could win the game.

I like Creighton with the points and possibly on the ML as well.

I just thought we are realized Wich St isn't very good is all.

Might lose but feel there is value on our side..
