On the website, Kenpom. Pretty sure u have to subscribe for their lines, ranking and others stats available free though

They're available for a $20/year subscription to his site. Easily the best value for any stats service out there. However, if all you want are the predictions, it would probably be a waste of money. His predictions are widely known and are extremely close approximations of lines. Because of this, they're basically useless in handicapping games at this point. The real value is in the underlying data that's not available anywhere else that I know of.

Example: Tomorrow he has Seton Hall -12 and Michigan State -16. Those games opened at -11 and -17.
