I have a ticket from the Hollywood Sportsbook in Charlestown on them at 750-1 to win the title.Curious to hear thoughts from everyone.Over rated? Still underrated? If they can grab a 1 seed they might have a good shot for the final 4.I see bracketology has them as a 2 seed currently.

When's the last time a non power 5 conference won the national title? Cant complain about not getting in the tournament. San Jose had them beat. With all the top ten teams losing this week I see SD st. going the way of Auburn. If they dont lose 2 or more out of their next ten then maybe you have something, but the Mountain West isnt that weak.Comment -
KP has SD St easily winning out the rest of regular season. The closest games expected are ones in which they are 7-8 pt favorites on the road (New Mex, Boise St, Nev). I'd be surprise if some team doesn't jump up and beat them in at least one game (San Jose close). It seems like teams eventually run into someone having a great night when they are having a bad one.
I'm not sure about deserving a #1 seed even if they go undefeated.
They've only played 3 top 50 teams so far (BYU, Creighton, Iowa) w/ the last two on neutral courts.
They may get #1 seed but I don't know if they'll deserve it.

They are better than you think. If you have not seen them play, it's hard to have an opinion. They are a true team, they are willing to make the extra pass and noone really cares who puts the ball in the bucket. They score way better than past SDSU squads. As of a couple days ago, 3 guys were shooting over 42% from 3 point range. Not sure if they will finish the season undefeated but they will be a very tough out in the tournament and possible final 4 squad.Comment -
Their going to move up again in the polls this week with top teams losing.Can only help their seeding come tourney time.From looking at sagarin they would only be a four or five point dog to duke on a neutral court .Still a great hedge if it got thar far.Comment -
A key player, Nathan Mensah, might not return this season. He has been out for a couple of weeks with a respiratory ailment.

Well they pretty much controlled nevada in the second half .Thats a good sign..I still think they will lose 1 down the stretch and as soon as they do will get pummelled by the committee come selection day and get a 2 seed.Question is can they run the table and stay out of Gonzagas region .Id rather have them as a 1 seed in a diff region myself.Still long way to go.Comment -
