All trends and stats point to a cover by Idaho, BUT Idaho struggles against non conference competition. Also they only average low 60's on offense and State is only allowing 64 a game on defense. I see Idaho scoring only 60 or less while Washington State puts up 75+, points that covers the #. Just an opinion.
