Good morning,

Because of time constraints, I will be posting only my "first look" NCAAB totals. "First Look" plays do not look at all the stats, but rather a quick overview, so I don't recommend following them blindly, but rather using them as a another tool for your handicapping. Last year I started posting"First Look" plays and they were profitable, and since I am pretty busy right now, I don't have the time to spend digging deep into all the stats. (Heeluvaguy digs about as deep as one can go and is a great thread to follow.)

Having said that, I will be posting some team totals since I feel we can get some real value there. The only problem is the books do not post team totals on all the games. (If anyone knows of a book that posts all/most team totals, please let us know.)

Basically with the "First Look" plays I am looking at possession times, and offensive and defensive efficiency. Many times only one team has all these factors lining up, while the other team has opposite stats, which would eliminate picking the game total. Plus all I need is one team to "do what it's supposed to".
