BUCKEYES FUTURE for MARCH Tourney . . .

I won a free wager at B'mans to play a future on March Madness winner - I took Buckeyes without thinking to much, mostly went for a team in a reasonable value range. With the
NCAAB a little ways along now what does anyone think of this future? Just curious. Pays 8-1 I think it was or something like that . . .

It really depends, but right now I don't see anyone that stands out. These SEC teams looked really good last year in the tourney and the Big Ten sucked it up.

The Buckeyes have great potential, so I like your choice.

You could have certainly made worse choices. Strong inside presence and great guards. Also, I'm a big fan of Thad Matta.
Personally, I would have bet a shot (I took Bama +5000, Nevada +12500, and Wisconsin +5000) with the intention of middling against them once the tournament began.

Probably would have also took Ohio St at 8-1 with free money, though Alabama at 50-1 is very tempting for the reasons Razz provided above.
