They don't change em much for college. Ya we get different lines in general, but college has extra variance. Lines have the right to change every 24hrs, but that's it, and they hardly change em in college sports, especially basketball.

for basketball the lines are just set at 530am actually when the card opens, I think they set their own line based off Vegas, but they're worse imo. Mind you they pay shit, so they probably like to play psychology with the public.
