Line moved from OMAHA -1.5 to IUPUI -1.5 in like 3 min span...That would be a bad thing if you had Omaha BC smart money is coming on IUPUI ? or Good BC thats Public backing? Just trying to decide to hedge or rebet...Have $500 on Omaha -1. Thank you in advance !
