I don't understand this line. Badgers on a two game skid while Iowa is on a two game win streak and looking like they have some momentum. Badgers -11 is crazy in my opinion. Is it because of Iowa's terrible road record? What do you guys think?

Iowa is awful on road and this tends to be a time when teams play with desperation. Look for Wisconsin to blow them out. Of course nothing is a lock but I can see Wisconsin winning by 15+Comment -
