spiders +5.5 * __ should only be +1 or maybe +2 at worst as these teams r more closely matched, imo
although in any event, anything can happen........
consider that the spiders r at home this time in a revenge match (losing only by 7 on the ROAD!)
spiders r a solid 9-4 in conference, achieved despite an extra road game!
rams show a better conference record at 11-2 (although that was achieved w/the benefit of an extra HOME game!) but that 11-2 record is DECEPTIVE because they got an unlikely win at St.Boner when they actually LOST the game in regulation (so their record should b only 10-3, not 11-2) but because the Bonnies fans stormed the court w/0.4 ticks left thinking they had victory, the visiting Rams were given a technical foul shot - which they made to send a LOSING game into OT (which they won after an unlikely and UNforced error!) For the remainder of the season i will always think of the Rams as one less win and one more deserved loss.Comment
