    March Madness...Vegas guide and info
So we're a little late, but my friend just told me his wife has a conference there St Pattys weekend. We are getting a small group together to go Thursday March 16-21st. Most likely going to stay a few days at MGM, maybe Sunday-Tuesday? Wondering where would be the best place(s) to stay for the 16-18? Where are some good places to watch games, I've heard Caesars and LVH? Probably spend a day or half day at one of the viewing parties, anyone have any good or bad experiences they care to share? Basically any and all info would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Only been to vegas twice and never during March madness lol. Thanks!

I did a viewing party at Hard Rock and was happy with it. It's one of the cheaper packages on/near the strip, gets you into their theatre with a table with endless free bud lights all day long, menu for other food or drink options for purchase, massive screens around the theatre with all games going, betting windows up at the front of theatre for instant semi-private betting (meaning much smaller lines than public books).

If you choose not to do a viewing party, make sure you get your bets in very early. Books get crowded at 8am or whenever they open Thursday and Friday. You won't get a seat and will wait in lines to place bets.

BOL! Enjoy it! It's the busiest weekend of the year in Vegas!

Make sure you have an online account somewhere if you don't do the viewing party thing. That'll help you avoid long lines at he windows. Have fun!

I'll be there the 15th-19th. Good info here. Most Vegas casinos have a betting app use it in case you get stuck in a line thats not moving.
