It does not. I considered it, but I don't think the rule change(s) is that dramatic (as compared to the reduced 35 to 30 second shot clock a few years back). Totals are maybe half a point lower based on the fact there's no 1+1 opportunity, overall I think it shakes out about even.

I missed the Houston Baptist/Campbell over last night, the line dropped, but I thought it was rising again, apparently it didn't so that should have been a play.
