Actually more lazy than sharp. Slow moving.....but that's life in the DR. 3 years back he used to post the MLB lines late night and then not update them until 11 am when he came into work. I kicked the shiznit out of his stale lines. Too his credit he let me roll for a while and never beefed with me, always paid, but he did away with posting the lines at night. He does well though, down here Jose Publico thinks every game is gonna go over and play almost exclusively parlays,
