    Early Game (1 P.M E start)
Yeah, you're probably thinking who are these teams. LIU Brooklyn(12-12) and St.Francis (NY)(11-15). I'm from the East Coast and have actually watched these two teams play. SFNY has won the last 4 matchups between the two, with the last being on 1/23/16, which SFNY won 64-49 at LIU. Todays spread is SFNY -3.5(-115) at home. At first glance, this looks like a easy cover for the home team, but this line is fishy. LIU offense has been good lately, scoring 85.2 games on average in their last 5 games, with their last game beating the top team in the Northeast Conference,Wagner 82-69. Motivation is also a factor in this game also. LIU Brooklyn will play hard and stay within the number(3.5). They might even win this game outright. BOL if you're tailing

Good pick, but St. Francis's offense and whether or not they cover the spread is totally dependent on their three point shooting.... They rain the threes. Depends on if they are making them

Going with St. Francis at home. They beat LIU on the road 64-49 on 1/23/16. We
are probably all degenerates gambling on either of these teams. BOL

In the first matchup with these two team, SF only shot 2-20 from 3 point range and won by 15 on the road. LIU only made 9 of 38 from 2 pt range and 6 of 31 from 3 pt. land. Also SF shot 61% for the game in 2 pt. range with 19-31. Bad shooting by LIU all over sunk them. Just some degenerate stats.

But why is the spread only 3.5 at home?

Granted, LIU is a much better team than they showed in the first matchup. I just can't get behind a road
dog that was beaten that bad at home just three weeks ago.

No I hate when people say this if you do the research it is no different than betting any other game I would say it is better than what 99% people do and just bet power 5 and top 25 games where the line is more solid.

I agree, especially if you are familiar with the teams playing. Being from the East Coast, I tend to watch these teams play on down time.

I agree. The lines can be soft for schools like these, especially totals. That's why some books won't even book these lines early.
