Mercer -1.5 @ Samford tomorrow.. Mercer clearly the better team and destroyed Samford first time they play.. Even though Samford was competitive 2nd half in that game.. Is this a trap game??

Last year Mercer beat Samford by 1 at their home.

Line seems right. Hard to beat a team twice. Especially when the 2nd one is on the road.

I'm pretty new to posting, but have been following SBR forums and capping for awhile. For what it's worth, I like Mercer. Samford doesn't have a huge advantage at home. They shoot considerably worse at home in FG and FT percentage. They are around .500 at home and have lost their last 3. They force a decent amount of turnovers, but Mercer will dominate on the boards. I think it'll be close at half or even halfway through 2nd, but Mercer ultimately pulls away and wins by 6-8. I'm taking Mercer. GL if you do too.

Mercer by 8 points too much talent for Samford,
Samford seems to have good coaching, good ideas,good effort, but just not enough talent
Mercer has playmakers, defends well, and is very good on the defensive boards
How about 70-62 type game
