LT- I've been following SBR for awhile, but never posted. Major props on your MLB season. Quick question, how do your MLB and NCAABB systems vary and are you tweaking your NCAABB system as you go? Been betting awhile, but only with a local. Trying to develop a better system with a little more discipline. Thanks.

Hard to answer how two different sports "vary", I have unique models for all six major North American sports. I have NOT tweaked anything "as I go" for a while in regards to the models themselves, all tweaks (when there are any) have been done during each sport's off-season. With that said, while CBB model has not changed since the start of the season, one adjustment I have made is requiring a slightly bigger difference for me to bet on favorites, and the positive turnaround coincided with that change. I bet many more CBB favorites than I normally do earlier in the year and they did not do well. So I guess you can say that while there was no tweak to the model, there was a slight tweak to my approach.

I understand if you don't want to answer, but are your basketball models based on an expanded version of the "Four Factors" or take them into account at all?

Cool. I appreciate the response. Good luck this season. I will definitely be checking in.
