damn kid...i'm on the other end of UVA and Zags...I think both the ducks and seminoles are live dogs that are more than capable of pulling off the upset...I teased both of them which I think should safely hit...Oregon matches up real well with Virginia...and they are red hot and have finally hit their stride after BOL went out with his injury...and FSU has the height, length, and athleticism to match up with Gonzaga...and if they come anywhere near to hitting their shots like they did against Murray ST, it's adios for the Zags...but I agree with you on Sparty...LSU's run without their coach comes to a screeching halt...Izzo one of the greatest coaches of all-time, and Sparty finally playing with confidence...they are the only fave that I like this weekend...Originally posted by Louisvillekid1

Hampton scores a ton from the line 22% of their points shooting a lights out near 80% (3rd best in the nation). This Young Buccaneer squad just a great job of playing defense w/o fouling. The key to game is can Charleston Southern make enough 3's, They shoot 35% as a team and Hampton is one of the worst defensive teams in the country.
Peep this , after reviewing Hampton's 32 game schedule, The buccaneers are ranked in the top 5 of their opponents faced all season. And they have been lit up posting a defensive efficiency ranking of 281 playing worse. Now they did play earlier this year, after the holidays and won 94-82 in Hampton's BIG South Opener.
It should be an easy scout as Pirates have zero depth. Just think the second time around will be a much lower scoring game where the best defensive team wins. If it becomes half court grind in the second half, Pirates won't be able execute vs the Buccaneers and if they aren't getting to the line, its going to be tough sledding. They both play a lot of zone so it has potential to be just that.
Just a half unit play for me catching the 2, but that is the reasoning behind the play.
